Dirty Dishes Productions was founded by JR Catipon. He is DDP's licensed FPV Racing Drone Pilot and Video Editor. His media background began by working on Formula 1 at Whisper Films for Channel 4.  This was followed by various production roles in Boxnation, Snooker, Tennis and then post-production roles in BBC Sports' NFL, and most recently as Formula E's social media video editor at digital powerhouse Little Dot Studios.

Clémence Ribouet is DDP's Producer and main Drone Technician. Her background is in film completion guarantee. Clem builds bespoke FPV drones for DDP and when on set, she provides CAA-approved spotting for FPV operations, ensuring safety and legal flights across all projects.

The rest of the in-house team at DDP have combined expertise in advertising and project management.
